Completed applications must be returned no later than January 2, 2026 for returning food vendors.

FIRST TIME AT THE CHERRY FESTIVAL?

It is our desire to bring the best quality and variety of food to our festival and create and amazing experience for our festival customers. It is important to us that all our food vendors provide a good experience both in food quality and cusomer service. With the amount of visitors over the 4-day festival, it is essential that you can put out large quantities of food in a very quick manner. To be considered, please follow all instructions and provide all requested information, forms and photos.

Being a food vendor at the Emmett Cherry Festival is very competitive especially with the limited space and power available to us.

You will be notified first, when applications are received and next, if you have been approved or rejected to participate.

Fees will be collected at the time of approval into the event – not before.
