In order to provide a safe, secure and pleasant environment, we ask for your cooperation by complying with these Rules of Conduct.
Cherry Festival is policed by Emmett Police Department.
501 E. Main St. (SW corner of Main St. & Johns Ave. across the street from the park)
No smoking or vaping
No pop-up tents allowed in the entertainment areas unless they are a part of the festival production.
No BBQ’s or outdoor cooking devices will be allowed in the park or on the outside grass near the street.
No pop-up tents allowed in the grass between the sidewalk and street.
Standing or walking in large groups that block the movement of park patrons or cause inconvenience to others will not be allowed
Use of unduly, loud, obscene, or threatening language or gestures or other unreasonable, noise behavior will not be allowed
No pets allowed (Service Dogs are Permitted)
No bicycles, skateboards, roller-blades, mopeds, etc
